Tastings witha visit
We are delighted to welcome you to our winery at any time of the year for a very special tasting experience. Ours is not just wine tasting in good company, but much more than that:
it is entering into the heart of Nature and Biodynamic viticulture, and connecting to our philosophy of life.
Our property stretches over 26 hectares, one entity surrounding the wine cellar.
We will show you our French Comtois horses that help us plough the vegetable garden, the woods and the vineyards.

Unlike the previous visit, this one also includes a tour of the stables and the vineyards, with an explanation of the principles of Biodynamic farming. We will stop at the area where we dynamize our Biodynamic preparations
BLIND TASTING

Comparative blind tasting of a selection of wines, cellar visit and the vineyards. Minimum 5 people, additional cost for smaller groups. Approx. 2.30hrs
Our guests will be able to choose between three different types of comparative tastings:
I- wines with and without sulphites;
II- white, red and rosé wines;
III- different vintages of the same wine.
The wines will be poured into glasses in which they can’t be seen and the bottles will stay covered until the end.
Castle Visit

Tasting, cellar visit, the workhorses and the vineyards. Visit Tassarolo Castle. Minimum 15 people.
Approx 3hrs.
This visit will start from the village square of Tassarolo, at the bottom of the road leading up to the castle. It will include the prisons, the chapel, the courtyard, the frescoed great hall and the mint with a stamping press from 1300. From there, each with their own vehicle, the guests will move to the winery 1.5km away.
Details andreservations
During our tastings we offer a choice of 5 different wines according to the preferences of our guests. As an accompaniment, we will serve a tasting plate. If you are vegetarian, vegan or coeliac please let us know in advance. We organize tastings all year round, from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Visits at different times or on Sundays may be arranged with us in advance.
