The wines are very stylish, very likable to the nose and to the taste. They are checked by accurate and constant analysis and controlled every week by the enologist: they do not have any organoleptic defects. They are present in the most important wine guides with very high scores, they have received many awards and a lot of press all over the world.
The wines are certified organic by Bios - An European certification -and come from biodynamic agriculture. The certification is on the back label to whom it may be of interest.
They are commercialized by distributors of conventional wines and also by specialized outlets only in organic and biodynamic wines.
The traditional Gavi, fresh, light, easy to drink. It is an elegant wine with an intense nose, but refined with floral and fruity touches. The grapes come from the vineyards around the Alborina lake. It is the biggest production.
It is a Superior Gavi. It is a complex Gavi, with an intense and intriguing nose. It has a bigger structure due to a later harvest and a longer fermentation at very low temperatures. The grapes come from the hilly part of the estate which is the oldest. It is the second biggest production.
It is a single Vineyard: the grapes come from the oldest Vineyard of the estate called "Vigneto Alborina". It has been cured in oak barrels and it is ideal for aging in the bottle – to 15 years. It is a very stylish and important wine, that can be compared to a red wine also for food combination.
A well structured and round wine. The extraordinary harmony and perfect equilibrium are the fruit of unequalled quality that comes from a vineyard selected by Henry for working solely with his heavy horse "Titouan".
The results are surprising: it is a special, new and different wine: the only Gavi without sulphites added on the market. Pure, fruity, genuine, that expresses in all its characteristics the aroma and the flavor of the grapes. Very harmonious and balanced from the organoleptic point of view.
Without sulphites added in any form, it is refreshing, light, with a fruity nose, naturally sparkling. The finesse of the spark, alive, but discreet, the intensity of the untouched bouquet of the grapes expresses in this wine the authenticity of the Gavi Frizzante. Perfect from the oraganoleptic point of view.
It is our red wine without sulphites added, made of 80% Barbera and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is soft, round and very fruity. Notable are the intensity and tones of colour due to the absence of Sulphites. Organoleptically very well balanced it is pleasurable still young, but it suits ageing of 4-5 years.
A pure Barbera, pleasant and easy to drink. It is a refined wine that harmonizes, in a perfect balance, structure and elegant lightness. The vineyards from which this wine comes are worked by Henry with his heavy horse Titouan.
